Our commitment is to establish and implement policies for corporate responsibility, anti-corruption, employee conduct guidelines, and the dissemination of ethical values under “escalation” policies. The corporate sustainability policy addresses business models and processes based on environmental, social, and corporate governance principles, adopting a holistic approach to ensure a sustainable future.
PRINCIPLES WE FOLLOW IN OUR CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY PRACTICES
- Fair and Safe Working Environment:
We commit to creating a reliable, healthy, and fair working environment, ensuring all employees can exercise their rights fully and accurately without any form of discrimination.
- Health and Safety:
We provide appropriate conditions to minimize workplace hazards, ensuring employees work in a safe and healthy environment. Regular training sessions are conducted to raise awareness about health and safety.
- Fair Work Practices:
Employee rights, working hours, and leave days are planned fairly. We do not enforce any conditions that compel employees to work against their will.
- Equality and Integrity:
Employees are instilled with principles of justice, equality, and honesty within the organization. During their duties, they are prohibited from engaging in discriminatory practices based on language, religion, philosophical beliefs, political opinion, race, gender, age, physical disability, or similar reasons. They must also avoid any behavior that violates human rights, restricts freedoms, or hinders equal opportunities. Violations are not ignored and are acted upon.
- Professional Conduct:
Employees must act in ways that foster trust in corporate management and demonstrate behaviors that uphold the dignity and confidence required for their roles. Actions undermining trust, creating suspicion, or harming principles of fairness must be avoided.
- Respect for Freedom and Opinions:
Employees’ freedoms cannot be restricted. Respecting their thoughts and opinions, we ensure a harmonious working environment.
- Handling Misconduct:
If an employee or their family member is subjected to intimidation, incitement to unlawful behavior, slanderous accusations, or any act punishable by imprisonment, the matter is immediately escalated to the Human Resources Manager through their direct supervisor, and necessary precautions are taken.
- Grievance Management:
Supervisors and employee representatives listen to the requests and complaints of all employees and report them to the Human Resources Manager. Appropriate solutions are sought to address complaints effectively.
- Corporate Responsibility with Partners:
We ensure that our suppliers and all business partners act in line with Tulpar’s corporate responsibility standards and pay close attention to their practices.
