Supplier Code of Conduct
The purpose of these principles is to define the expectations for ethical business practices, professional conduct, and safe working conditions across Tulpar’s entire supply chain and business partnerships.
Tulpar places ethics and corporate responsibility at the core of its operations and strives to be recognized for maintaining high ethical standards. The company expects the same level of integrity from all its suppliers and business partners.
Tulpar’s Supplier Code of Conduct is based on the UN Global Compact’s ten principles, the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, and Tulpar’s Ethical Code of Conduct. It establishes the fundamental requirements for responsible business practices for all entities and individuals who have a direct contractual relationship with Tulpar and provide products or services to the company.
Suppliers who wish to report any concerns or irregularities related to Tulpar can do so with full confidentiality by contacting ethics@tulparlabs.com.
Commitment to Preventing Modern Slavery
Modern slavery, including forced labor, human trafficking, and debt bondage, is a serious violation of human rights and international labor standards. Businesses play a crucial role in eliminating these unethical practices.
Tulpar is committed to ensuring, to the best of its ability, that modern slavery has no place within its supply chain. The company does not knowingly engage with or support any suppliers involved in slavery or human trafficking.
This statement has been published in accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the actions taken by Tulpar during the financial year ending December 31, 2025, to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within its business operations and supply chain, as well as the planned measures to strengthen these efforts moving forward.
